Always respectful of the tradition and preparation of each dish, we try to make the result the best for our customers to enjoy the experience. Xan is the one in charge of the management and direction of the restaurant, and Xiaole Ye is the visual vision.
Our cuisine is a fusion between Asian and Chinese, using for each preparation the typical products and the original ingredients of Thai, Japanese, Chinese and Asian cuisines. Our recipes are inherited from generation to generation in our family, each contributing its special touch, and thus creating a traditional and creative fusion.
The name of BENIASIA is a tribute to our roots, it means CHILDREN OF ASIA, and we like to convey our philosophy in every detail. That is why last year we made a reform in the decoration of our restaurant, to try to convey the sensations of being in our origins. The restaurant is decorated according to the traditions of oriental architecture, with a natural design and simulating a forest, as the homes of the Orientals were initially on the trees with wooden houses. We wanted to convey the sense of protection of a home, when you enter the restaurant you feel protected by trees, which is our link between nature and well-being.
